Our personal training programs are tailored to your unique needs, goals, and fitness. Drawing on decades of rigorous experience and data collection in the realm of physical training, historical knowledge of the ancient Spartans and inspiration from their fierce discipline and determination, our training approach draws on all of the above to create an uncompromised program that acutely focuses on bringing your goals to life.
Working with Truly Spartan one on one

You'll get an insight into the thematic inner-workings of Truly Spartan and why it's about more than just fitness. Through a combination of cutting-edge training techniques and personalized athletic programming, you will be able to test Trulyspartan's efficacy, as it will test your mettle.
Our head trainer will create a challenging program conducive to your circumstances and goals, and will work hand-in-hand with you to achieve your milestones and push you even beyond them.
Holistic health and fitness. Crank your physical performance up and let the rest follow. You'll feel like a million bucks and you'll come to know the rewarding nature of hard physical training. When you're of sound body, you're of sound mind, and everything you interact with becomes more fluid. Follow our steps and find a rewarding life and state of being that no one can take from you.
Our process:
We'll put you through a personalized evaluation so we can get to know you and exactly what will and won't work for you. We then take that data and apply it structure a program uniquely and perfectly suited to you. We cannot perform the program for you, but we will build it to remove the guesswork for you. If you follow our steps, our science and experience guarantees you will achieve your aims.
Attend weekly digital meetings with us so we can assess your growth and progress and adapt as necessary to keep you on track toward your goals.
Log your data so we can track your progress and steer you toward your goals as necessary.
We spend painstaking hours to create your personalized program, so you only have to execute the plan. If you do that, you will attain the results you seek. If for any reason you do not (assuming you have performed the steps and logged them), we will continue to work with you until you do.
Expectations at 3 months
Finish your first ninety days with more than the muscles, but the mind to match. You'll be well-versed in the Truly Spartan ethos and its comprehensive, holistic reach. No matter the challenge before you, you'll learn to face and conquer it. 2) See a marked difference in your performance and physique (90 days is the window in which real transformative change is seen with adherence to programming).
Example approximations of performance growth (start to end): 1) 200-260 lb bench press, 2) 250-320 lb back squat, 3) 300-380 lb deadlift, 4) 30-25 minute 5k run, 5) 8-<7 minutes 100 burpees for time.
Expectations at 6 months
The same physical and mental edge as in "Momentum" but augmented. Double your time invested, but exponentiate your results (six months is traditionally the window in which we see life-changing transformation if programming is strictly followed).
Example approximations of performance growth (start to end): 1) 200-300 lb bench press, 2) 250-380 lb back squat, 3) 300-450 lb deadlift, 4) 30-22 minute 5k run, 5) 8-<6 minutes 100 burpees for time.
Expectations at 1 year
Benefits: If you dedicate to Truly Spartan for one year, you won't recognize the person that started this journey. In six months you can change your whole life, but in a year, with dedicated adherence, not even Truly Spartan can forsee the transformation that will ensue. We guarantee you will ascend to a peak higher than what you can envision. Stick with us for the long haul and we'll make it worth your while.

Loyalty-incentivized tiers
1st tier- upon entry: $300 for 1st month, then $250 each month after
2nd tier- after 3 months: $250/month or $1200/6 months
3rd tier- after 6 months: $250/month, $1200/6 months or $1800/1 year
Allows you to test the training and culture and gain exposure to the system at an inordinately lower cost (most trainers overcharge at costs of twice our rates or more).
